CUPPA MANNA IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!
Just recently, Mike and Janice made the decision to retire. As the new owners, Amy and I (David) want to first thank Mike and Janice for their years of serving the Summerville community with great coffee and teas and making such a wonderful place for our town. Our family has called Summerville home for many years so it is our honor to be the ones who take the baton from Mike and Janice. These last couple weeks have super busy behind the scenes as we work through the many details of a transition like this. It's entirely possible though that as a result you may have encountered some hiccups with things like gift cards and reward programs as we try to update the computer system. I want to thank you for your patience and your support. We have just updated the mobile ordering system as well to ultimately make the process easier and more reliable for you, but there will be bugs to work out I'm sure. Please do share your feedback so that we can keep making things the best possible for you. One example of great feedback we've received is that on busy days our lines and wait times can get quite long. We are working hard to improve that with everything from adding staff, upgrading equipment, and finding ways to streamline our procedures. To all of our customers - past and present - thank you for taking part in the journey. You are truly why we are here and I look forward to meeting you!
